Sailor's Stride

Sailor's Stride is a dog walking and training company based in Charleston, SC. The company is inspired by the owner's love for her dog, Sailor, a rescue pup who became a very resilient and well-trained dog. Through Sailor's Stride, the owner hopes to extend their expertise to other dog owners of Charleston.

My role was to craft a logo that captures the essence of the company to be used in their website, sailorsstride.com. This logo would also be used for t-shirts, so a reverse logo would be necessary for one-color prints. I began with some sketches and ended up with an emblem-type logo that houses Sailor wearing a sailor's hat.
